New Indoor Play Place Opens in Oneonta
My children love to play at the park. Me – not so much. Chasing two children around a playground just isn’t my thing. But thankfully there’s a new joint in town that provides a perfect solution. It’s a place that allows parents to sit back and prop their feet up while still being able to keep an eye on their children. It’s called The Playroom. Located in downtown Oneonta, The Playroom offers a variety of indoor fun for the little ones.
They have different themed areas to spark the imagination; a veterinarian’s office, a house complete with kitchen, a dress-up area, a grocery store with shopping carts and life like food, a construction zone, a fire station, and even a gated area just for crawlers. The back room houses the big inflatables – moonwalk and bouncy slide.
They also offer free wi-fi, complementary coffee, and extremely friendly staff. Who could pass up a place whose slogan is, “Where Kids Play and Parents Don’t Clean-up.” Cost is $6 per session.
