Moms Helping Moms

Alabama Baby & Child magazine has teamed up with Hands on Birmingham to help give Birmingham area moms an opportunity to volunteer to help other moms.

Now more than ever it takes everybody helping everybody. By becoming a volunteer with us you can pitch in as much or as little as you like. It can be as easy as making an Easter basket to donate or as challenging as helping build a home.

Hands on Birmingham will tag projects that specifically impact other moms and children. You may sign-up now for any of the upcoming projects.

Babypalooza is a free event for new and growing families. It’s a day full of fun and education designed to connect families with area resources.  Volunteers needed to assist with baby shower games, diaper derby, product sampling and more.

This project is located in the former Winn Dixie building at  5201 Princeton Way Hoover, AL 35226. (It is located just behind Hoover Baptist Hospital).  Volunteer shifts are available, please click on “select a project” to sign up!
